Butterfly cupcakes

So I brought this book about really decorative cupcakes, and as my mum loves butterflies of course I made the butterfly cupcakes first. Now mine look not much like the books, but when served at a recent dinner party the guests your amazed.

The cake mix - which I will put up later, is just a white choc mud cake. The frosting - a chocolate ganache.

The butterflies - chocolate, glitter, and 100's and 1000's.

I am just posting the photos for now, but the recipe and directions will be online soon.

Okay, so I know that there are like 40 million cooking websites/blogs out there in cyber-space, but I think that the world needs a little bit of my flair added to it.

(Not full of it at all am I??)

So this blog will be all about my cooking adventures in and out of the kitchen. The hunting, the gathering, the preparing, the cooking, and of course the finished product.
